EndoMed Systems COMBO P34 processor unit is a video processor with built in LED light source and insufflation pump. The video processor COMBO-3 is designed for the use in endoscopic examinations. It is an image processing unit and performs all functions of camera control, image detection, image processing, image optimization, control of the video display as well as operation controls of the user interface as well as the light source equipped with one LED lamp.
COMBO P34 processor is equipped with photo capturing and video recording on USB memory sticks. The integrated pump delivers air pressure for both insufflating and rinsing. This unit is equipped with the “vessel” option, which gives more enhancement to the vessel observation in all GI observations.

The Video Endoscopes COMBO C34S and C34L are designed for colonoscopy examinations. We offer colonoscopes with different lengths of the Insertion Tube, 1350 mm and 1650 mm.
The video chain can provide HD quality of images. This unit is designed as an economic solution and cost effective video system. The colonoscopes are only compatible with the COMBO-3 processor.
These video colonoscopes have a diameter of 12.8 mm and a working channel of 3.7 mm at field of view of 140° which provide better physician and patient comfort.

The suction pump VACO SP120 is dedicated to endoscopic procedures. It is equipped with a special system of noise and vibration dampening for an extremely quiet and smooth operation, with an incredibly low noise level of 39,4 dB. This pump is a maintenance-free, reliable and vibration-free device. The main case is made of very sturdy, unbreakable, fire retardant material while the pump body itself is made of aluminum alloy.
The product is cooled down with an extra fan and designed to run countinuously. The colour coded gauge enables a safe vacuum management.
The pump is equipped with overflow protection and a safety vacuum regulator.
